I have to brand a hall for some company for an event, i have their banners and their marketing material apart from that what else can be done other than balloons of the company's color and drapes what else???How can u brand a hall of a hotel for some company n e ideas plzz???

Everything, from the color scheme of the event to a slide show going on during the event can promote the company. You can use place cards, napkin holders, gift bags, etc to brand the company. A nice touch would be to have a customized food of some sort, whether is a cake, individual cakes, or something as simple as going to the m%26amp;m website and ordering m%26amp;m's in the companies colors is cool. However, you have to be careful, b/c overkill will make the event look cheap. Remember, quality over quanity is always the best route. If you have to choose between branded/logoed items such as balloons, napkins, etc or a cake and an engraved parting gift you should choose the one with the most quality (the cake and engraved parting gift). Color is key, use of logo also important.


But a brand must stand for something, find out what it is and offer something that represents it. Example, if it is FedEx, try adding a speed theme, or an on-time theme. If it is a bank, use a money theme, or a security theme. If it is a tech company, try using a future theme, or a convenience theme, etc.
