I'm staying a couple of weeks in NYC, but I can't afford a night at the Chelsea. Will I be able to take a peek inside?Are you allowed to see the inside of the Chelsea Hotel even if you don't rent a room?
Of course! You can go into any hotel you want as long as you don't go upstairs.
