I guess it will probably the same test made in most jobs. They take a sample of your spit and send it to the lab.

According to a former girlfriend who worked for Marriott, they test for all illegal drugs (marijuana, cocaine, heroin, etc.) as well as diuretics. Her comment to would-be employees was ';if you're using they'll catch it';.
