(UPDATE).....The ';Hard Shell'; round the neck waterproof containers (retail $18-up) are also available from RSI and most any Outdoor Sporting Goods Store that sells camping equipment or clothes and accessories for people that boat or white water raft. Another choice, I've bought several very heavy zip lock storage bags (not the kind for food) they come in colors and many different sizes and are extremely heavyweight construction. They are designed for white water rafters to keep their '; valuables'; dry and to keep them from getting wet and damaged. They are designed to be used over and over again. They also make a small waist belt/pouch that is waterfroof that will easy hold a wallet, watch,credit cards,keys etc and sells for about $15..Try RSI Outdoor warehouse or online.
